Fundraising
Preece Designer Chocolates welcomes you to a very exciting opportunity to raise funds for individuals and organizations. Our primary goal is to provide an amazing product that will encourage sales for your fundraising objective.
Our entire product line has a satisfaction guarantee and there is no minimum to purchase. Individuals who are looking to participate will be rewarded for their individual efforts, which will be applied directly to their organizations incentive or tuition account. This approach allows those who are motivated to do well in this fundraising opportunity to have direct control on their individual success.
Fundraising Basics:
- Each participant will receive a fundraising packet with the fundraising flyers, general product brochures, collection forms, money envelope, and business card. Additional literature is available as needed, please contact the store and it will be rushed to you.
- Orders are all prepaid either by cash or major credit or debit cards, we do not accept checks. When collecting for orders paid by credit card, please complete all information on the form to ensure timely processing.
- Please make sure all information is legible to avoid delays.
- Order Processing is completed 5 business days after the close of the fundraiser, and will be delivered in bulk for the participant to hand out to their customers. Do not delay in getting the customers their products as all fundraising compensation will not be completed until this is done.
- Once the product has been delivered, please report back to your fundraising coordinator and they will issue funds to the tuition or incentive account.
Compensation Schedule:
- Sales up to $200 = 10% of sales before local tax
- Sales $201 - $400 = 15%
- Sales $401 - $500 = 20%
